Whether you are an experienced meditator, or brand new to this experience, please feel welcome to join us for a morning of contemplation and practice, led by experienced meditation leader, Will Holzinger. Stay for a light lunch and camaraderie in kind community.
Bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or other props to feel comfortable sitting on the floor. Chairs are available, if preferred.
