Hello, my name is Ineta.
I specialise in childhood experiences that determine a person's life today.
These experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.
Difficult parents, instability, abandonment, lack of love..
Unsatisfied childhood needs that turn into deficiencies and cause us to make the same choices to somehow fill that void within us.
This is where people keep getting into the same unhealthy relationships, attracting the same people, struggling with their careers, money and keep creating the same situations that they don’t want..
Because their subconscious mind can only attract what it knows. The same emotions that were felt as children. It’s like living on autopilot.
It results in lack of self-worth, not knowing who you are, fear of being seen..
It results in people allowing others to treat them badly, inability to draw boundaries, feeling alone and drowning in deep sadness.
I specialise in teaching people how to feel themselves again. To understand where it is all coming from and what choices it forces them to make. These choices are the reason why they have created their lives the way that it is.
But once you see it - you become able to make different choices which lead to completely different results.
And different results create a completely different life.
