5:00pm - Gates open (Friday only; Saturday and Sunday gates open 6am - 10pm)
6:00pm - Evening registration and Tech open
9:00pm - Evening registration and Tech closed
10:00pm - Gates closed

6:00am - Gates open
6:15am - Registration & Tech Open
7:10am - Registration & Tech Closes
7:15am - Mandatory Safety Briefing (Advanced come dressed to go out on track)
7:45am - Mandatory All Level Breakout Sessions Start
8:00am - Advanced Group on track for 20-25 minutes dependent on track conditions.
8:20am - Experienced Group on track for 20-25 minutes dependent on track conditions.
8:40am - Intermediate Group on track for 20-25 minutes dependent on track conditions.
9:00am - Novice on track for 20-25 minutes dependent on track conditions. followed by classroom (mandatory).
9:00am - Registration and Tech Open for Late Arrivals
9:20am - Repetition of the 20- 25 minute dependent on track conditions on-track riding cycle throughout the day until track closes.
12:00pm - 60 minute lunch break (approximate time, may fall earlier or later depending on track conditions)
5:00pm - Track closed
