This month we celebrate our first birthday in a big way. Fresh off the back of a huge sweep at the Irish Whiskey Awards last week we have the Echlinville Distillery, Ireland's first farm distillery join us in Madden's. The distillery will be represented by Global Ambassador Séamus Óg Birt & self proclaimed 'whiskey oracle' Jarlath Watson.
In proper Uisce style for our birthday edition of Uisce Bhéal Feirste - pours, pints, plenty of craic.
A pretty special tasting lineup beginning with the recent Madden's Bar cask release, journeying through the inaugural (and sold out) Beginning releases from Echlinville, and exploring three different sherry finishes of their signature single malts - including an upcoming PX finish single cask release, and the newly awarded 'Overall Whiskey of the Year'.
As always, arrival beer from Rí-Rá, 6 whiskeys & plenty of pints!*
Charity raffle with some great prizes which will be announced closer to the date via @uiscebhealfeirste on Instagram & Facebook!
