On March 14th at 6pm we invite you to join us for a beautiful evening of Yoga & Sound Healing To start evening join us for a balanced blend of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in this unique class designed to nourish both body and mind. We'll start with a dynamic Vinyasa flow to awaken your energy and build strength, followed by a calming transition into Yin Yoga, where you'll hold deep stretches to release tension and cultivate a sense of peace. Whether you're seeking to enhance flexibility, increase mindfulness, or simply unwind, this class offers the perfect harmony of movement and stillness.
Perfect for all levels, this class encourages you to connect with your breath, deepen your practice, and restore your body from the inside out.
After Yoga enjoy a one hour Sacred Sound Ceremony. This sound journey will be an immersive, relaxing experience where you lie down comfortably and will be "bathed" in a rich, layered soundscape created by various instruments including my crystal singing bowls, chimes, flute and human voice, designed to induce deep relaxation by stimulating vibrations throughout your body, accompanied by soft guidance, guided meditation and a dimly lit space, allowing you to enter a meditative state to promote relaxation, healing and calmness.
We have plenty of yoga mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own. Please do bring a pillow for the Sound Ceremony.
We will end the evening with delicious detoxing tea ☕️
Please aim to arrive at 5:50-6pm. This is to help all settle into the space.
