When our understanding of Dharma stays only intellectual, it has little power to help us with the challenges we face every day—such as uncontrolled desire, anger, confusion, or stress. This retreat offers a chance to move beyond theory and bring the teachings directly into our meditation practice and daily life.During this retreat, we will train in meditation on the Kadam Lamrim, the stages of the path to enlightenment. Lamrim is a complete and practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings, guiding us step by step through meditations that help cultivate peace, clarity, and meaningful change while reducing painful thoughts and emotions.
Each session includes a short teaching, Prayers for Meditation, and time for silent contemplation using meditation objects from Mirror of Dharma with Additions by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. The retreat is designed to be both structured and supportive, making it accessible for beginners while meaningful for experienced practitioners.
✨ No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
You may attend a single session, one day, or the full retreat.
🥗 Saturday vegetarian lunch is included.
