Howdy Team! π
What an amazing year itβs been β we now have over 50 smiling, sweating, super students across our Petone and Trentham schools! The support from our students, parents, and community has been incredible β thank you all β€οΈ
Letβs celebrate with a fun, lightweight, and informal End-of-Year Social!
Plan for the day:
π₯ Round of Disc Golf (golf with Frisbees!)
π Kai and picnic
πββοΈ Optional swim (for the brave!)
π¬ Jibber-jabber and good vibes
Bring a Frisbee, some kai to share (I'll check if there's a community BBQ available nearby and let you know), and your summer spirit β letβs wrap up the year together in style π
Things Iβm celebrating this year:
β’ Launching our schools with support from Aussie colleagues, family & fighting friends.
β’ Learning and implementing MF programmes.
β’ Watching students earn tips & belts (and those big smiles!).
β’ Seeing confidence, focus & dedication grow.
β’ Amazing support from MF parents and guardians π.
β’ Leadership Programme success and our teamβs goals.
Looking ahead to next year:
β’ Supporting students on their belt journeys.
β’ Getting into sparring and MF competitions.
β’ Helping team members become Accredited & Certified Instructors.
β’ Opening new schools (maybe two!).
β’ Growing our Parent Assistants, SWAT & Leadership teams.
