James transformed his life by losing an incredible 12st 3.5lb with Slimming World. An inactive dad, who felt guilty everyday but his weight meant he physically couldn’t kick a ball around or go on bike rides.
Not wanting to accept help he thought he could go it alone and tried many diets but nothing worked. Wanting his children to have the dad they deserved he took the often difficult step of walking into Slimming World and has never looked back.
Your dream weight loss may be very different to James, everyone’s journey is different, but for everyone that first step is the hardest.
