Oxfordshire County Council will be carrying out essential resurfacing works at the Milton Interchange (A4130 / A34). To allow these works to be carried out safely, a temporary 24-hour/day road closure will be in place for the duration shown above.
What’s included in the closure?
• The entire A4130 / A34 roundabout (including the “hamburger” section)
• Approximately 50 metres on all approaches and exits to/from the A4130
• Temporary “No Waiting” restrictions where yellow cones are in place
Access
• Emergency services will have access throughout
• Limited access may be possible for properties within the closure, subject to works on site
• Premier Inn and the services area will remain open, accessed via the A4130 from Didcot using signed diversion routes
Diversions
Signed diversion routes will be in place. A diversion map is attached to this event.
These works are required to resurface the carriageway, reinstate road markings, and replace traffic detection loops.
