Paddle into the party for Wilkes-Barre’s Rockin’ the River concert series! We'll shuttle you to the Plains launch, then guide you on a 2-hour float back to the Millennium Circle stage — where you’ll catch the entire concert right from your kayak! 🎶🌊
Walk across the bridge for food, drinks, and a perfect summer night in the city. 🌉🍔🍻
