We invite all survivors who were abused in state and faith-based care to join us for a day of kai, kลrero, and connection. ๐๐๏ธ When: 15th November 2025
๐ Where: Lower Hutt
๐ Time: 10am โ 2pm
Throughout the day, we will take a minute of silence every hour to honour and remember the survivors who are no longer with us.
Together, weโll also create a banner dedicated to survivors โ a space where you can add your own words, drawings, or symbols of strength and remembrance.
There will be kai, activities, and space for healing and reflection โ more will be revealed on the day.
This time is for our survivors of state and faith-based abuse, but we welcome all survivors to come forward and spend this time with us.
Letโs gather, remember, and stand together. ๐
