👉 Maciej Szyszka – Breathing Coach.
This workshop is designed for people who want to truly improve their athletic performance and learn how to better use their body’s full potential.
The training is suitable for both amateur and professional athletes.
During the workshop, you will learn simple yet highly effective breathing techniques that you can immediately implement into your training routine. You will learn how to improve breathing patterns so your body can use oxygen more efficiently — which is very often the factor limiting further progress.
👤 COACH – MACIEJ SZYSZKA
Maciej Szyszka is a professional Breathing Coach with many years of experience working with athletes from various sports disciplines.
Throughout his career, he has worked with UFC fighters, the current BJJ World Champion, as well as many other professional and amateur athletes. The experience he gained and the relationships he built allow him to remain in close contact with athletes and coaches at the highest level.
He is the creator of AirFlow Performance, a project dedicated to team sports as well as individual athletes, focused on improving adaptation to physical effort, changes in intensity, and competitive stress.
Maciej is also the inventor of specialized breathing training devices, designed to support the respiratory system, improve CO₂ tolerance, and strengthen respiratory muscles, particularly the diaphragm, which directly translates into better endurance, control, and resilience under load.
