Whether you’re chasing fat loss, fitness, accountability, or just want to prove to yourself that you can do hard things — this is your challenge.

1️⃣ Body Weight Loss Challenge
Who can lose the highest percentage of body weight over 28 days?
2️⃣ Fitness Challenge Draw
Complete the daily fitness tasks, post your proof, and you’re in the draw.
Finish all 28 days? Your name goes into the final prize draw.
Prize money for both challenges depends on total entries.
Entry fee: $20 per person.
🏋️♂️ The Daily Fitness Challenge
Every day you’ll be given a specific exercise to complete.
Examples:
- Day 1: 50 burpees
- Day 2: 50 kick‑sits
- Day 3–6: New exercises each day
- Day 7: Do ALL exercises from the week in one session
Each week brings a fresh set of movements to keep you challenged and engaged.
🎥 Daily Accountability
You must video your workout and post it to the dedicated TUFF 28 Facebook page each day.
No video = no entry for that day.
🚫 No Alcohol. No Junk Food. No Excuses.
For 28 days you commit to:
- No alcohol
- No junk food
- One free pass day only — use it wisely for a special occasion or treat.
