🌬️ Breathwork/Yoga & Cold Plunge Event ❄️$40.00 per person
Join us for a unique experience that combines guided breathwork and yoga with the invigorating practice of cold-water immersion.
We’ll begin with a grounding yoga and breathwork session designed to calm the mind, awaken the body, and prepare you for the cold plunge. Through intentional breathing, you’ll tap into your body’s natural ability to handle stress, improve focus, and boost energy.
Afterward, with the help of experienced and/or trained instructors, you’ll be guided into a safe and supportive cold plunge experience. Immersing yourself in cold water can help reduce inflammation, increase circulation, strengthen resilience, and leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.
This event is open to all levels — no prior experience with breathwork or cold exposure is needed. You’ll be guided step-by-step in a welcoming group environment.
What to Bring:
• Swimsuit ( to make it easy wear your suit under your clothes) or comfortable plunge attire (shorts and tank top)
• Towel
• Warm layers for after the plunge, a warm hat
•yoga mat
• An open mind and willingness to challenge yourself
Upon arrival, once payment is received and a waiver is signed , you will receive an event bracelet to let the instructors know that you have signed in.

• Please check with your healthcare provider if you have cardiovascular concerns, are pregnant, or have any medical conditions before participating.
‼️Cold plunging is not for everyone,
it is not recommended if you have certain health issues such as heart conditions, Raynaud's , diabetes, or impaired sensation. ‼️
• Participation is always optional and at your own pace.

To close the event, there will be warm drinks, the gentle glow of the fire, and conversation to warm the soul.

10:00-10:15 Welcome + waiver signing/check-in
10:20-10:35 Brief intro about breathwork & cold immersion.
10:40-11:10 Guided yoga/breathwork session (20–30 min).
11:20-11:50 Cold plunge rotation with group support.
11:50-12:00 Gentle warm-up + reflection circle.
