If you'd like to know more about the history of the Valley pub, please join us on the 16th of November to celebrate the launch of our new book 'The History of The Royal Hotel Snake Valley'.
The Royal Hotel has been operating for 165 years. From its inception as the Man of Kent in 1859 it has had a rich and fascinating history and remains an important meeting place for the local community. Joan Wilson has put together an insightful collection of stories and photographs tracing this iconic hotel’s history.
