Begin with heart-opening cacao, then journey inward with an Inner Child Meditation to meet, listen to, and nurture your younger self. Next, a group SRT clearing releases old patterns and blocks, creating space for play, joy, and emotional safety. We’ll close with a healing sound bath to integrate the energy.

Cacao Ceremony 🤎
Cacao, the "food of the gods," is a powerful heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries in ceremonial practices across Central and South America. Our journey will begin with a cacao ceremony, where you will be served a nurturing cup of ethically sourced cacao. Known for its ability to deepen emotional insights, cacao opens the heart and aligns us with our deepest desires. Cacao also contains anandamide, the "bliss molecule," which promotes feelings of joy, clarity, and elevated consciousness.
Group Spiritual Response Therapy Clearing (SRT)💫
SRT works at the subconscious and soul levels to release energetic blocks, limiting beliefs, and emotional patterns.
In this inner child clearing, we’ll focus on releasing:
~ Early imprints of fear, abandonment, or emotional neglect
~ Energies that suppress spontaneity, imagination, or self-trust
~ Patterns of self-protection that limit expression or play
~ Subconscious beliefs that it’s unsafe to be seen, heard, or joyful
~ Energies of guilt, shame, or unworthiness carried from childhood or ancestry

The second half of our journey will be immersed in a deeply healing sound bath, where you will be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes. Sound healing is a powerful tool for harmonizing the body’s energy, clearing blockages, and promoting deep relaxation, helping you enter a meditative state of integration and release.

Megan has a passion for holistic approaches to mental health and wellbeing, seeing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through her own healing journey, Megan has discovered the transformative power of plant medicine, integration, and holistic healing practices. As a lifelong learner, Megan is trained in various holistic modalities, including Breathwork, Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Embodied Dreamwork, and trauma-informed plant medicine facilitation.
