Ahó Healing Arts is honored to partner with Cat & Eddie Pinegar for a sacred couples experience that blends heart-opening ceremony, sound + energy healing, and an intimate Thai yoga partner practice — all created to strengthen connection through presence, breath, and mindful touch.

🌹 What You’ll Experience
1) Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony + Meditation (Paloma)
We begin with a gentle cacao ceremony guided by Paloma, inviting the heart to open and the mind to quiet. Through intentional connection and a guided heart-centered meditation, you and your partner will be guided into softness, love, and receptivity.
2) Sound Bath + Reiki Heart Expansion (Wes)
As the sound bath unfolds, Wes will weave in Reiki energy and a 528Hz tuning fork, supporting the opening and expansion of the heart chakra for every couple in the room.
This portion is designed to help you:
release emotional tension
relax into safety and trust
amplify compassion and connection
open the heart in a grounded, embodied way
3) Valentine’s Thai Yoga for Couples (Cat + Eddie Pinegar)
From this heart-opened place, Cat & Eddie guide couples into an intentional partner practice — including:
intimate eye gazing + witnessing
breath connection
gentle Thai yoga-inspired partner stretching
giving + receiving through attentive touch
This portion is fully guided, beginner-friendly, and designed to deepen connection through shared experience — not performance.
