🌿 About This Event: This is a on-leash pack walk from Riverside City Hall to the Mission Inn. The distance is ~1mile round trip. Nice easy walk. Suitable for strollers and young kids as well. There is a nice hot chocolate stand on our way to the mission. We will walk around the Inn and stop along the way for some photos around the city center.
🐶 About your host: K9 Community Riverside was started by your Riverside Host Samson and his owner Daisy. Daisy is a AKC Canin Good Citizen Evaluator, she owns and trains multiple Cane Corsi, in addition to be a handler to a bomb detection k9 as has worked events such as Coachella, Stagecoach, and many more. Daisy and Samson are great resources for any K9 owner and great advocates for the breed and a great example as to what proper time training and patience can get you with the Cane Coros.
📝 Event Guidelines:
✅ Dogs must be under control at all times
✅ No leash greetings without owner permission
✅ No nose-to-nose greetings
❌ No retractable leashes
❌ No dogs in heat
❌ No puppy sales or kennel promotions allowed
🎒 Please Bring:
• Collapsible water bowl for your dog
• Ice water for both you and your dog
• Dog treats
• Poop bags (we recommend → BeyondGreen Biodegradable Bags)
• Sunscreen
• Slip lead or prong collar if your dog needs
