About Speak! Rescue & Sanctuary:
Speak! is a 501(c)(3) special needs dog rescue devoted to helping pups born with hearing or vision impairments, as well as those with significant medical challenges. As a completely foster-based organization, they rely on volunteers and donations to care for these special dogs until they find forever families. Some dogs remain in sanctuary care, receiving lifelong love and support.
