ππ»ββοΈ A 6-Week FREE Intro Programme to Olympic Lifting for 11-16 yr-olds.βΉοΈ One hour session per week takes young lifters gently through the basics, with drills and component lifts starting with empty broomsticks before moving on garadually to weighted barbells as individualsβ skills and confidence develop.
Group warm-up games and paired training encourages interaction with peers in a fun setting, and strength and conditioning exercises are planned to help develop strength and fitness.
Only normal PE/gym wear is required.
