Scott’s retreats are carefully crafted to downregulate the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and guide you into a state of inner peace and bliss.

🧘 Who Can Join?
Our day retreats are open to all levels—you don’t need any yoga experience or flexibility. Many practices are floor based, with chair options available on request.
⚠️ Please note: These retreats are not suitable during pregnancy due to contraindications.
👜 What to Bring
- Yoga mat (spares available)
- Blanket, pillow, or cushion for comfort
- Refillable water bottle (water machine available)
- Journal and pen
All other equipment is provided.
