Welcome to the very first Tipsy Trot, a fun, social wine stop trot all about friends, good vibes, and a little chaos 🍷😂 We’ll be making our way around scenic Burnaby Lake with 5 wine stops, laughs, photo moments, and plenty of questionable athleticism.
This is NOT a serious race. Run, jog, walk, gossip, sip, costume-up, whatever feels right.
You do not need to drink alcohol to join! Non-drinkers are absolutely welcome to come for the workout, fresh air, laughs, and good company 🏃♀️🌲
