β’ 7 Pork Spare Ribs
β’ 7 Full Slices of Brisket
Turn-In Times:
β’ 12:00 PM β Chicken
β’ 1:00 PM β Ribs
β’ 2:00 PM β Brisket
Awards: 3:00β3:30 PM (subject to change)

Friday, October 24th - Cooks set up
Saturday, October 25th - awards & wrap-up appx 4pm
+ Double R Band at 8pm
Location: Back lot of Finish Line Bar
Note: No power or water available (no RV hookups)
