I’m so excited to practice gentle yoga and meditation with you at Prairie's Orchard this summer ❤️✨🧘♀️🍎🍏
When: Tuesdays at 7pm starting 7/8
Where: The beautiful land of Prairie’s Orchard 🍏
Who:Noele Brabon, RYT 200 hr
Ability: If you can breathe you can practice yoga 😊 No pretzal poses just peace ✌️
How: no registration required and mats available.
Audience: All ages are welcomed as everyone is our neighbor ❤️ Yes bring the kids 😊
What do I need: No special clothing come as you are. Please bring water and a yoga mat if you have one ❤️
Cost: 15 dollars per person and all forms of payment accepted at the door ❤️
Food: Right on the Orchard is Mountain Miss Ciderworks. There will be food and drinks. It is air conditioned and you can leave your man at the bar watching the Yankee game while you are relaxing outside with me for Yoga ❤️
Weather: We will practice inside if it rains in the AC ❤️
Neighbor: I have noticed people are scared to come to yoga alone but I have found you can make a friend there and either way myself and Yoga mom Bets will be there to be your friend ❤️ Personally I have made some of my best friends by going alone meeting women at Yoga classes 😊
