Join me alongside Joni Wilkinson, registered Dramatherapist, for a beautiful seasonal gathering inspired by the wisdom of autumn.
Through mindful movement, guided meditation, and creative exploration, we’ll root into the strong archetypes of this season and take inspiration from the Celtic myth of Ceridwen and her cauldron.
