Join us Saturday, January 18th for a sacred besom make and take workshop!A besom (bee-som) is a broom, a household implement used for sweeping. The term is now mostly reserved for a traditional broom constructed from a bundle of twigs (commonly Broomcorn) tied to a stout pole.
Besoms are used to cleanse and purify a space, especially prior to performing any intention work. Much like clearing away fallen debris, an altar besom can clear away stagnant energy or unwanted energies in your space. Besoms are traditionally placed above an altar or hung near doorways to offer protection and cleanse away unwanted energies.
In this workshop you will be making 13" besoms using natural broomcorn that is thoughtfully and organically grown, along with various sacred flora, charms and crystals!
All materials are provided. If you wish to bring your own crystals, botanicals or crystals to adorn to your besom, please feel free!
All are welcome! Tickets are $27 and include all the materials needed to make a crystal-adorned besom!
Tickets are required in advance for this event. This event is limited to 11 people. We hope you will join us!
