+ Guided Meditation (10 minutes)
We’ll open with a gentle meditation to help you ground, breathe deeply, and arrive fully in the present moment. Through visualization, you’ll invite calm into your body and mind, preparing yourself to receive.
+ Sound Journey (60 minutes)
Let yourself be bathed in the restorative frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. Each layer of sound is woven to dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and guide you into deep rest and renewal.
🍁 Falling Leaves Ritual
At the start of the evening, you’ll receive a paper leaf and be invited to write down something you’re ready to release. After the event, your leaf will be included in a closing fire ceremony, returning your offering to the elements with gratitude.
