Join us in the Czech countryside for a soulful retreat which we hope will nourish your body, calm your mind, and reignite your creative spark. Whether you’re seeking stillness, laughter, meaningful connection, or simply time for yourself—you’ll find it here.
✨ What to expect:
Together, we’ll move, create, reflect, and rest. Our weekend includes yoga, mindfulness, intuitive dance, herbal wisdom, a mindful walk, creative expression, and tarot for self-reflection—all set in a cozy, nature-filled location. Every session is voluntary, so you can go at your own pace.

– You long for a break from the mental load
– You’re craving gentle inspiration and meaningful connection
– You want to explore mindfulness, movement, and creativity in a safe, welcoming space
🗣 Language: All sessions are guided in intermediate English, so if English is not your first language—don’t worry! You’ll feel included and at ease.

📅 Dates: October 10–12, 2025 (Friday–Sunday)
💰 Price:
– Early bird: 4300 CZK (until July 31, 2025)
– Regular: 4800 CZK (from August 1, 2025)
Includes accommodation, half-board meals, and all sessions. Payment can be split into 2 parts

Asia Fendrychová
Originally from Poland, Asia has lived in Prague since 2007. She’s an English teacher and language coach who creates meaningful spaces for women to reconnect—with English and with themselves. Her work blends creativity, mindfulness, and community. Asia loves yoga, dancing, nature walks, and quiet moments (in between raising two lively kids!).
Jen Hill
Jen is a Canadian-born English coach, writer, and herbalist who has called the Czech Republic home for the past decade. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a touch of magic to everything she does—whether it’s guiding language journeys or mixing healing herbs. She lives in Prague with her dog, Freya, and a jungle of houseplants.
