Your experience begins with a peaceful walk through 100-year-old apple trees, winding through the vineyard to a stunning 360° view of the Okanagan Valley. Here, surrounded by nature and grounded by stillness, your session unfolds.
You’ll be guided through a private 60-minute one-on-one or two-person session combining gentle yoga, nervous system-regulating breathwork, and time with Callie, a wise and intuitive horse who brings powerful presence and healing.
Callie doesn’t just stand beside you—she attunes to your energy. Horses are incredibly sensitive beings, often absorbing the emotions around them. What’s truly magical is what happens next: when she senses your release, she’ll often shake—literally shaking off your tension, trauma, or emotional residue in a natural, somatic response. It's a beautiful, wordless exchange. One that invites you to let go, too.
