🌟 Starseed Yoga & Soundbath 🌟 Sunday Mornings in South Norwood Country ParkCouncil-approved community wellbeing sessions led by Sasha | Starseed Offerings LDN
Take your Sunday mornings outdoors this summer with a deeply nourishing combination of activating and restorative yoga (Kundalini-inspired) and a gentle soundbath in nature. These sessions are designed to support your nervous system, uplift your spirit, and help you reconnect with your body, breath, and community.
🙏 What to Expect
9:00–10:00 AM – Yoga & Movement (Kundalini-inspired):
A gentle, breath-led flow combining grounding movement, light energy-activating practices, and relaxation. Suitable for all levels — beginners welcome.
10:00–11:00 AM – Soundbath in Nature:
A calming, deeply restful sound healing experience using crystal bowls, voice, and vibrational instruments. Let nature hold you while you reset and restore.
🌿 You’re welcome to join just one part or stay for the full two-hour session.
🌿 Children are welcome with a supervising adult.
🌿 There will be a short pause between sessions.
📍 Location
This is a council-approved event, with official park hire.
We meet on the open grassland opposite the Visitor Centre and children’s play area, next to the car park. You’ll see the setup when you arrive!

To support the sustainability of this offering and reflect the time, energy, and space hire involved:

🌟Supporter Ticket – £13 (for those who wish to contribute a little extra)
✨ All previously booked tickets will be honoured — no changes needed. ✨ Spaces are limited to 22 to keep the group intimate.

🌧 Wet Weather Policy
Yoga will go ahead in light rain, as long as it’s safe — bring layers and a waterproof mat or towel. The soundbath, unfortunately, cannot run in wet conditions. I’ll contact all booked attendees, if we need to cancel or reschedule.
🙌 What to Bring
Yoga mat or blanket (preferably waterproof or with a towel underneath) | Water | Layers / something warm for the soundbath (scarf, hoodie, socks) | An open heart 😊
🌟 About Your Guide
I’m Sasha — a qualified and insured Kundalini Yoga teacher and Master Level 3 Sound Healer. I hold space for rest, release, and reconnection through movement, sound, and nature. These sessions are part of my wider Starseed Offerings work, which includes seasonal ceremonies, energy healing, and community wellbeing experiences across South London.
