Join Rasayana Yoga & Coaching for a cozy, heart-centered workshop designed to help you reflect on the year behind you, release what no longer serves you, and intentionally shape the year ahead.
This immersive 2 hour and 45-minute experience weaves together mindful movement, guided meditation, reflective practices, and creative expression. After a grounding flow and a powerful “year in review” visualization, you’ll move into the heart of the workshop: exploring your reflections and intentions in the way that feels most natural to you. You’re welcome to journal deeply using guided prompts, create a vision board using curated imagery and materials, or blend both approaches — allowing your process to unfold intuitively.
There is no right or wrong way to move through this experience. This is your time to reconnect with yourself and consciously design the year you want to live.
Together, we’ll move through a meaningful release ritual, a future-self visualization, and the creation of your Word of the Year — a keepsake you’ll take home to support your intentions long after the workshop ends. We’ll close with a soothing crystal bowl sound bath and light refreshments, offering space to integrate and connect.
