Course Introduction:At the Union Martial Art Association, we believe in starting with the fundamentals. Our foundational combat course begins with the basics of martial arts techniques, emphasizing the importance of understanding the essence of combat. This foundational knowledge ensures that you train effectively and purposefully.

Course Content:
Basic Chinese Martial Arts Training
Foundation Stance Training (Zhan Zhuang)
Basic Offensive and Defensive Techniques - Stance Hands, Fist Techniques
Concepts of Chinese Martial Arts Offense and Defense
Basic Sparring - Partnered Offense and Defense, Movement Offense and Defense
This three-month course serves as a prerequisite for advancing to our various internal and external martial arts courses and techniques, including:
- Yiquan ๆๆณ
- Taiji Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan ๅคชๆฅตๆข ่ฑ่ณ่ๆณ
- Ruan Qishan Wing Chun ้ฎๅฅๅฑฑ่ฉ ๆฅๆณ
- Ruan Jiyun Traditional Wing Chun ้ฎๆฟ้ฒๅณๆฐธๆฅๆณ
- Shaolin Nanquan ๅฐๆๅๆณ
- Internal Martial Arts Combat Thirteen Postures ๅ งๅฎถๆๆๅไธๅข
Outcomes:
Students will grasp the health-strengthening methods of Chinese martial arts.
Students will gain a basic understanding of the principles and concepts of Chinese martial arts combat, laying a foundation for further advanced studies.
Students will experience overall physical and mental development, transforming weakness into strength, and enhancing the strength of the strong.
Enthusiasts of Chinese martial arts are welcome to join; having a martial arts background is even better.
