🌞 Rise & shine with us for this FREE community beach yoga class on beautiful Vilano Beach! After class, there will be a chance to take a fun photo and win a free giveaway for a day to remember.
🧘♀️ Enjoy morning yoga with soft sand under your feet, listen to the healing waves, gaze up at the sapphire blue skies, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and allow the sunshine to kiss your skin!
🌞 Start your morning with a positive mindset while immersing yourself in nature. You will be guided through an all-levels vinyasa flow class. The class sequence will provide both modifications and advancements to suit every BODY as we flow from standing, balancing, tabletop, seated, and supine positions. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this class has everything you need to feel strong, flexible, and healthy! All levels welcomed!

📍Location - Vilano Beach Pavilion - 2752 Anahma Dr, Saint Augustine, Florida 32084 -
🗺️ Directions - Once you pass the Publix at the stop sign, turn left and head towards the beach and meet your Instructor at the Pavilion. The Pavilion is located by the playground and Ocean View Lodge.
✅ Check in with your instructor at the Vilano Beach Pavilion. Once everyone has checked in with the instructor, the whole group will walk with the instructor to the beach for class.
🚗 Parking available along streets and parking lot adjacent to the pavilion.
After beach yoga class, join us at Vilano Beach Pavillion for International Coastal Clean Up Day with "Keep St.John's County Beautiful" and "Sol Margin Fishing Conservation Foundation" for a coastal clean up.
