What to Expect:When you join a meditation at The Burrow Auckley, you don’t need any prior experience, just an open mind and willingness to pause for yourself.
All you need to bring is blankets for comfort, a bottle of water and a journal (optional)
The session will be guided step by step where soft lighting, blankets and calming music set the tone.
