Sisters, under the fiery light of the Aries Full Moon, we gather to burn through the blocks that keep us tethered to old ways of surviving instead of thriving. This is a night to release the coping mechanisms, the victim mentalities, and the patterns of outsourcing our power — and to step boldly into the truth of who we are: whole, sovereign, radiant women.
Through a warrior-inspired yoga flow (with gentle modifications available for all levels), breathwork, and ritual, we will move energy through the body, open space in the heart, and reclaim the parts of us that are ready to rise.
Together in circle, we will:
✨ Burn through blocks + old stories
✨ Get clear on where we are still saying “yes” when our truth is “no”
✨ Call back our power from patterns of avoidance, victimhood, or dependency
✨ Anchor into the knowing that we are whole, true, and complete
This evening will weave together movement, breath, meditation, discussion, and sacred sisterhood — inviting you into deeper presence.
