🌟 About Veterans Day
Veterans Day is a U.S. legal holiday dedicated to American veterans of all wars. It traces back to November 11, 1918, when the armistice ending World War I hostilities was declared on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. First commemorated as Armistice Day, it became a federal holiday in 1938 and, after World War II and the Korean War, was renamed Veterans Day to honor veterans of all conflicts.
