What to expect?
A safe and healing space, starting with an opening circle where you are invited to share a healing intention for the session.
You will then be guided into a meditative state by laying down, getting comfortable, and breathing into your body. Expect to relax deeply and to be ‘bathed’ in soothing sounds.
You may feel tingling sensations in your body, experience seeing colours or dream like visions, feeling emotional or a sense of deep love. All feelings and experiences are valid and welcome.
I like to end sessions with some grounding by gently moving, and connecting to our own voices through chanting and singing, helping to bring us back into our bodies.
Finally finishing with an invitation to share any experiences, and pull oracle cards.
What to bring?
Yourself, exactly as you are
Wear comfortable cosy clothing
Blanket, eye mask or pillow (We will provide a cosy space for you with mats and pillows, but feel free to bring anything to make you feel even cosier)
Any sacred items you wish to connect with or place on the altar
A healing intention for yourself
Important information
People who are pregnant, have a history of epilepsy / seizures, metal implants or heart conditions should take caution and consult their doctor before coming to a sound bath or sound healing session. If you have any serious health conditions, please let me know whilst booking.
