鼓菇菇是樂器設計師Rübezahl阿滷最新的創作，是一組有蘑菇形狀的電子鼓．像一組爵士鼓一樣，每一顆有它各自的音色跟視覺特色．雖然每一顆是獨立的樂器，結合起來並被一顆指揮菇控制的時候才會展現它們充滿的吸引力，造成神奇的音影，奇妙的節奏，更可以透過感應器和旋鈕改變音色．除了聲音之外，它們會跟着節奏發光，透過視覺與聽覺的結合成就一場讓觀衆着迷的演出．今年六月在波蘭的TRAFO駐村的時候，在此年快結束之前給臺灣觀衆機會目睹第一次在臺灣整個鼓菇菇家庭上舞臺，進入菌絲魔法的螢光仙境．表演之後阿滷會跟大家解釋鼓菇菇的原理，歡迎問問題，並可以自己體驗跟鼓菇菇玩．

The mushroom drums are the newest creation of the instrument builder Rübezahl. They are a family of drum synthesizers in the shape of mushrooms. Like a drumset, each mushroom has a different sound like a kick, snare, hihat and a different visual design. Despite being each a unique musical instrument, that can be played by itself, they can be interconnected and controlled by a big Mushroom Head, they create rythmic soundscapes, which through sensors and other controls can be equally intervened from outside. The mushrooms have a built in light system, which will create a light show in accordance with the soundscape. Having their world premier earlier this year, during Rübezahls residency at TRAFO in Szczecin, Poland, this time at Absence Space will be the first time for the whole orchestra of mushrooms to enter the stage in Taiwan and lure the audience in a fluorescent wonderland of mycelic magic.
