羊羹和菓子課程羊羹或者流菓子是和菓子的其中一種。使用了寒天粉(日本紅藻)製作。傳統來說,羊羹是用羊熬出來的湯汁凝結而成。過後以寒天粉代替,然後加入紅豆而形成。

#課程綱要
⭕ 製作不同的流菓子包括羊羹,錦玉羹,和淡雪羹。
⭕ 製做不同口味的羊羹包括本煉羊羹,紅酒羊羹等等。
⭕- 在課程裡除了製作流菓子,也會學習使用練切和菓子製作造型然後組裝。
⭕- 講解製作流菓子的原理和注意事項。
⭕- 課程會以分組當場製作,材料道具會現場提供使用。帶走所以自己製作的成品。
⭕- 提供食譜,練切食譜也會提供,但沒現場示範。
* 紅酒羊羹的上層的水果錦玉羹會以當時購買的水果而更改。

Yokan Workshop
Yokan or Nagashi is another type of wagashi. Long time ago, yokan is made by using lamb broth and let it solidified. After that, kanten (red agar from Japan) is used and red bean is added into it.

⭕- will do different kind of nagashi, included yokan, kingyokukan and awayukikan
⭕- will do different flavour of yokan, red bean, red wine and so on
⭕- craft nerikiri and assemble with yokan
⭕- explain the details and precautions when making nagashi
⭕- workshop will be in conducted in group, ingredients and tools provided to use in class. Bring home all your nagashi
⭕- recipes will be provided and include with nerikiri recipe but no demo in class
* The top layer of red wine yokan is made with kingyokukan with different types of fruit.
