「講粗口就代表沒文化？為什麼要跟隨大潮流？覺得這個世界荒謬至極？」
這個社會充斥著太多既定的標籤、太多讓人煩厭的偏見。
下個星期三開始，一群本地創作人將於尖東Urban House舉辦名為「粗口博物館 X 無稽」的藝術展覽暨週末市集，以本地次文化和粵語粗口文化為主題，展出不同形式的藝術品。透過一系列毫無邏輯和關聯的作品，他們希望以香港的「無厘頭文化」去嘲諷現實中的荒誕與百變的世態，以及擺出一副非主流及小眾文化的姿態。
展覽同時亦邀請了一直與在推廣和捍衛粵語文化的團體 「港語學」協辦，讓大家更了解粵語文化，同時帶來視覺上的衝擊。密切留意更多詳情！
“Is swearing still excluded from mainstream culture? Why do we drift with the tide? How absurd can the world be?”
Society is usually saturated with stereotypes and prejudices that do not make sense.
From next Wednesday onwards, a crew of local creators will host an art exhibition named “Museum of Swearing X Unfounded” at Urban House in East TST, together with a pop-up market on the weekend. Through unique pieces, they will present the Hong Kong subcultural art scene. Crude, bizarre, and loosely connected works are used to convey an idea of “nonsense”, as well as to laugh in the face of absurdism and the ever-changing world, accompanied by a showcase of underground and minority cultures.
This exhibition will be co-curated with a local organization involved in promoting Cantonese, Societas Linguistica Hongkongensis. It will certainly stimulate your visuals while allowing reflections on the local spoken language.
