Against the vast South China Sea, a Ming Dynasty royal barge sails toward a destiny sealed by history. Princess Hang Li Po, the 18-year-old sister of Emperor Xianzong, courageously embarks on a diplomatic voyage to Malacca.
This journey is not merely a departure from home; it is the genesis of her transformation into a Phoenix rising from the ashes. While her handmaidens, Wei Bo and Shuang Ling, accompany her with song and dance, none can foresee the treacherous undercurrents and storms of war that await her arrival.
As the royal barge reaches Malacca, the city illuminates in celebration. The wise and handsome Sultan Mansur Shah meets Princess Hang Li Po—the meeting of the steady mountain and the flowing water—and a destined romance across the civilizational ocean begins to blossom. However, shadows soon emerge.
Prince Shamala of Beruas, harboring dark ambitions, attempts to abduct the Princess during the welcoming banquet to incite conflict. In a moment of crisis, Princess Hang Li Po displays extraordinary wisdom and unwavering courage, working with her handmaidens' swift sword dance to foil the plot. She proves herself not just a symbol of peace, but a guardian willing to fight for it.
Under the tropical sun, Princess Hang Li Po gradually embraces her new home, finding genuine belonging in a foreign land. Yet, the tranquility is short-lived. War drums echo as the Beruas forces attack Bukit Cina (Phoenix Hill) in a blazing assault. In the midst of chaos, the Princess takes up the sword to stand side-by-side with the Sultan and the people of Malacca.
In the crucible of fire, she completes her final rebirth, cementing her fate as the Phoenix forever bound to this land. This is a magnificent opera presenting a legend of love, reconciliation, and rebirth—the Eastern Epic of the Phoenix ascending in the Royal City of Malacca.
歌剧《汉丽宝》 - 四场公演蓄势待发 经典震撼回归
暌违五十余载，本土原创歌剧经典《汉丽宝》正式宣布开票！由剧艺研究会主办、吉隆坡中华校友会陈洛汉音乐基金会协办的2026年重演版，将于2026年1月30日至2月1日在吉隆坡KLPAC隆重登场。四场公演全面开放购票，邀全国观众共同见证这一跨时代的文化复兴。

自1971年首演以来，《汉丽宝》以其扣人心弦的音乐、史诗般的叙事与深厚文化意蕴，成为大马原创表演艺术的重要里程碑。2026年重演不仅是向已故音乐家陈洛汉老师的致敬，更象征本土歌剧艺术的新起点。新一代制作团队将以更先进的舞台技术、更精细的音乐处理与更鲜明的时代语汇，为这部经典赋予焕然一新的生命力。
随着筹备工作的全面展开，制作团队正全速推进。总导演贺世平携音乐总监黄志伟博士、舞蹈总监马金泉、造型总监Beatrice Looi及合唱指挥陈惠群等核心成员密切协作，舞蹈团“共享空间”、合唱团“爱韵”与吉隆坡表演艺术中心管弦乐团全力配合，主要演员杜君宁、丘越仁、陈颖豪、黄智端、吴国伟、邓芯宁、陈慧婷、张骏杰、王一祥及群演们积极投入排练。各方群策群力，确保舞台每一处细节、每段旋律与每个动作都达到顶级水准。
从演员试音、配乐编制、角色工作坊，到舞蹈排练、舞美设计与服装制作，团队已进入全面冲刺阶段。排练室里，旋律与和声反复打磨；舞蹈室中，每个动作被精准雕刻；后台灯光、布景与道具同步测试打样，只为在2026年的舞台上呈现最完整、最动人的《汉丽宝》。
