⭕ 課程須知:
- 請攜帶瑜珈墊(或大浴巾)、水、毛巾、衣物(靜態練習供保暖)
- 根據天氣穿著舒適的瑜珈服/運動服
- 練習前宜保持空腹,建議活動前兩個小時不再進食,避免練習過程消化不良,造成不適
- 戶外場次,可自行決定是否攜帶防曬、防蚊液

- 所有參加者請負責自身安全
- 若有任何不可抗因素,當次活動有任何異動,我們將會提前於活動群組內告知

瑜珈不僅是在墊子上的體位法練習。
傳統瑜珈哲學裡的其中一項 - Karma Yoga 行動瑜伽 - 行善不求回報,也是我們能夠帶入生命、帶入生活的練習。
島內公益瑜珈會於每個月在台灣的不同城市,分享初學者友善的瑜珈練習,參加費用隨喜,活動所得扣除成本將全額捐贈給不同公益機構或計畫。
相信每個人在這座島內,小小的行動和力量,也能創造出美好的漣漪。

Take care of yourself to take care of others.
Dear friends,
Join this unique charity yoga event to refresh your spirit, body, mind, and support those in need as all proceedings will be donated to the Modern Women’s Foundation that helps domestically and sexually abused victim.
This class is designed for everybody. It combines restorative and gentle vinyasa elements. We will explore between Yin and Yang movements to help you let go of stress and open up your body through flexibility and mobility work. We'll use the breath as an anchor to focus on long, deep stretches, along with simple asana flow. You'll have options to go deeper or stay in your comfort zone. The class will end with a calming sound bowl meditation in Savasana, leaving you feeling stretched out, comfortable, and energized.

- Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.
- Please wear comfortable outfit according to the weather
- Feel free to bring sunscreen & mosquito spray if needed
- We suggest not to eat too much 2 hrs before yoga practice
- Each participant is responsible for his/her own actions.
- We will post cancellation in this event group in case of any force majeures.

Karma Yoga, to act without the expectation of anything in return, is also a practice we could bring into our daily life.
We share charity yoga every month in different cities in Taiwan. All voluntary fee will be donated to different organizations.
