「香港殘奧日」為殘疾運動界一年一度的盛事，旨在為大眾帶來各式各樣的殘疾運動試玩及精彩節目。去年，「香港殘奧日2023」更吸引逾 2,600 位觀眾入場，成為香港最大型及最受歡迎的殘疾運動活動。今年更與特區政府共同合辦「全國第十二屆殘疾人運動會暨第九屆特殊奧林匹克運動會一周年倒數活動(香港賽區)及香港殘奧日2024」為2025殘特奧會香港賽區的精彩賽事提前預熱。

活動包括 :
• 開幕典禮
• 運動項目示範及試玩 （硬地滾球、盲人門球、帆船、羽毛球、輪椅舞蹈、馬術、空手道、賽艇、乒乓球、保齡球、坐式排球、輪椅劍擊、網球、輪椅籃球、飛鏢）
• 殘奧會與香港殘疾運動發展展覽
• 運動員分享
參加者參與指定的活動項目後可換領紀念品，換領方法將於活動當日公佈。紀念品數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。

交通指引:
1) 乘坐港鐵東鐵綫於火炭站下車，從 A 出口按指示牌步行至火炭鐵路大樓旁的有蓋行人天橋，便可通往體院正門（步行約需 5 分鐘）。

1. 參加者參與此活動即被視為明白並願意遵守所有條款及細則。本會有權隨時更改條款及細則而毋須另行通知，而該改動亦會適用於新或現有的參加者。
2. 本會將於參觀活動期間進行拍攝及錄影，有關之拍攝相片及錄影片段或會作日後推廣及宣傳之用。
3. 本會有權保留參加者所填寫之個人資料作日後市場推廣之用途。
4. 活動名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。
5. 活動禮品數量有限，送完即止。而所獲贈之禮品恕不兌換作現金或換成其他禮品之用，並不設退換。
6. 凡由活動或任何與此有關或連帶的目的所引起或引致對參加者或其財產造成的任何損毀、損傷或損失，本會均毋須負起任何索償、費用、毀壞及開支的責任。
7. 本會保留修改活動內容的權利。如有任何爭議，本會保留最終決定權，參加者不得異議。

Hong Kong Paralympic Day is an annual Para sports event, aimed at introducing a variety of Para sports trials and exciting activities to the public. Last year, Hong Kong Paralympic Day 2023 attracted over 2,600 participants, making it the largest and most popular Para Sports event in Hong Kong. This year, China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee will collaborate with the HKSAR government to co-host the One-year Countdown Event of the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities (NGD) and the 9th National Special Olympic Games (NSOG) (Hong Kong) cum Hong Kong Paralympic Day 2024, to create anticipation for the coming 2025 exciting competitions in Hong Kong.
Date: December 8, 2024 (Sunday)
Time: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Venue: Hong Kong Sports Institute (25 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong)
Entry Session:
Session (1): 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Session (2): 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Session (3): 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Program includes:
• Opening Ceremony
• Opening Ceremony Demonstrations and trials of various Para sports (Boccia, Goalball, Sailing, Badminton, Wheelchair Dancing, Equestrian, Karate, Rowing, Table Tennis, Tenpin Bowling, Sitting Volleyball, Wheelchair Fencing, Tennis, Wheelchair Basketball and Darts)
• Paralympic Games and Hong Kong Paralympic Movement Exhibition
• Athlete sharing sessions
Participants can redeem souvenirs after participating in designated activities. The redemption method will be announced on the day of the event. The number of souvenirs is limited and first come, first served.

Transportation:
1)Take the MTR East Rail Line to the Fo Tan station, then take Exit A and follow the sign to the covered footbridge (next to the Fo Tan Railway House) which will lead to the HKSI Main Entrance (about 5 minutes' walk).

1. Participants are deemed to understand and agree to abide by all terms and conditions by participating in this activity. The Committee reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the changes will also apply to new or existing participants.
2. The Committee will conduct filming and video recording during the visit, and the relevant photos and video clips may be used for future promotion and publicity.
3. The Committee has the right to retain the personal information filled in by the participants for future marketing purposes.
4. The activity quota is limited, first-come, first-served.
5. The number of event gifts is limited. The gifts received cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for other gifts, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
6. The Committee shall not be liable for any claims, costs, damages and expenses for any damage, injury or loss to the participants or their property arising out of or arising out of the event or any purpose related or connected thereto.
7. The Committee reserves the right to modify the content of the event. In case of any dispute, the Committee reserves the right to make the final decision and participants shall not object.
