The need for human connection is as natural as it is important. It is also very challenged for many of us since we live in a culture that does not support us to be authentic and open in meetings with other people. And in a society where human touch and intimacy has come to be associated with crossing of boundaries, abuse and a lot of confusion.
Come and enjoy an evening where all those preconditions are as absent as possible. Where we can really meet without any agenda or expectation. As we are as authentic and open beings.
If you really like what you feel when you meet someone in the group you will be given an opportunity to ask to meet again in a playful way 😊.
You only meet as close as you feel like and according to your own boundaries. The main purpose this evening is to meet the love within you. Touch might be included but is not mandatory. You will not be asked to do anything you don’t want to do.
We will start with a soft tantric movement practice to deepen the connection with our own bodies and after that we will play some intimacy games to connect with each other in a safe way.

BODY LOVE TANTRIC MOVEMENT
Body Love Tantra uses movement and stillness to develop neuromuscular pathways of love. These pathways are developed in movement by softening the sensations that reveal the vulnerable presence of the joints. They are refined in stillness by minimizing the muscular effort necessary to stabilize the body. The ongoing sensitivity this requires is a direct, concrete expression of love.
It is an individual practice that allows you to experience the subtleties of all sensations within, which may include sensations of sensuality and sexuality. While not repressing nor overtly expressing your sensual and sexual nature, you will be guided to feel yourself deeply within your own being, where you can actually meet and embrace yourself as you are, moment by moment.
ABOUT TANTRA
Tantra is an ancient wisdom path that invites us to live our lives fully in each moment. This path is not asking us to detach from our bodies but to fully engage with our bodies. Not to withdraw from life but to fully engage with life. Tantra is a way of living that includes all aspects of life. It has since exploding in popularity in the west been mostly associated with sex, but is really a path of self discovery and meditation (as a way of living, not necessarily or only sitting on a cushion). However tantra also gives guidance for sexual self-inquiry and sexual interaction. A guidance that is so needed and longed for in our society, since we don’t have any rituals for teenagers to learn about this when starting to engage sexually with self or others.

Mia Lehndal has been dedicated to the yogic and tantric path for 20 years. She has been coaching and training leaders since 15 years and one of her specialties is to bring spiritual wisdom into the ”ordinary world” where it is so much longed for.
As a yoga and tantra facilitator she guides you into the essence of your own nature where the most precious treasures are lingering. With devotion to self-discovery & inner leadership she also supports you in bringing your gifts out in the world. She is welcoming you who are willing to feel into the treasures of who and what we are in our depth as human beings.
Mia has an academic background in communication, she is a Certified Coach, Certified Body Love Yoga Teacher, Non Duality Tantra Facilitator. She is also the author of two books and the Founder of Body Love Yoga School & the Coach- & Leadership training Courageous Leadership.
