✨We’ll have tea, and other refreshments and then we will gather in a beautiful feminine circle. This is a sacred space with a circle of sharing, meditation, gentle movement and then we'll discuss an overview of the doshas and several tips for how to balance them for more self love this year. ❤️🩹 we’ll then finish the evening with a beautiful sound bath to integrate the experience.

Betty is a certified mindfulness teacher, a registered yoga teacher 🕉️, a sound healer, and has a degree in social work, counseling, human services and psychology. She has been on her healing path for over a decade now. Traveling as far as Thailand, Greece, Germany, & Costa Rica for her studies in healing. She believes we are our own natural healers and loves sharing the ancient wisdom she’s found along her own path. ✌🏼💜✨
Becca is a certified Total Wellbeing Coach and Chopra Scholar (Certified in Ayurvedic Health, Meditation and Yoga), a Healing Touch for Animals practitioner, who uses sound and energy healing as well as her BA in Journalism to unlock the wisdom and knowledge found inside each of us. She loves sharing ancient wisdom that is backed by modern science to provide answers to life's challenging questions. 💕💫🧘♀️ ✨
