✨About facilitator:
my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, Energy bodywork guide and Tantra facilitator. My spiritual journey began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices, exploring energy centers and chakras. I expanded my experience as a practitioner through Tantra, meditation retreats, festivals, and shamanic ceremonies. Later I deepened my expertise with professional training in Kundalini Yoga in India, Prana techniques, shamanic breathwork, and Kriya yoga. My approach is to use our own energy as the main powerful source for creation and happiness. And our body is a wonderful instrument with which we can tune into our energy centers, cleanse the blockages, release our power and potential, and achieve ecstatic states.
As a woman myself, I have achieved self-love, confidence and brightness in life through Tantra and working with sexual energy. Now I want to share my experience and knowledge with others❤️🔥
