This special Winter Solstice experience invites you to slow down, soften, and share intentional space with a partner as we move through a supportive, soul-soothing practice.

Through gentle, partner-assisted stretches and grounding movement, you’ll melt away tension, open the heart, and nurture both body and spirit. Together, we’ll create space for rest and restoration—physically, mentally, and energetically—as we honor this sacred seasonal shift.
We’ll close the evening with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided reflection to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the light to come. Expect warmth, stillness, and community as we gather to celebrate the beauty of the dark and the promise of renewal.
