The morning begins with a gentle conversation meditation, offering space for reflection and collective awareness around what love means in our lives. From there, you will be guided into a heart-centered meditation with a relaxing sound bath designed to support deep rest, nervous-system regulation, and emotional openness — a space to soften, expand perspective, and rest in the felt experience of love held in community.
