Good Grief Day is a sacred gathering created to help you move through loss with compassion, connection, and love. Hosted by Dr. Laura Berman, alongside world-renowned spiritual teachers and healers, this transformative one-day experience offers the tools, community, and support to navigate grief as a path to deeper meaning and renewed life.
Through inspiring talks, experiential practices, and moments of shared healing, you’ll explore how to honor your pain while opening to possibility — how to hold both sorrow and joy in the same breath.
Featuring Dr. Laura Berman, Sah D’Simone, Anita Moorjani, Susan Grau, and Bryan Grijalva, Good Grief Day brings together some of today’s most respected voices in emotional and spiritual healing. Together, we’ll explore how love continues beyond loss, and how your grief can become a profound teacher of transformation.
