3種行為途徑，把水果吃成一個問題
吃水果宣言：
「老闆，這個水果怎麼吃？」
我們想吃甜的，卻也擔心糖分過量；想挑美的，卻也憂心農藥殘留；想買俗的，卻也掛心交易剝削。
水果是自然，水果也很人為；水果很政治，水果是文化。
水果是什麼，我們不多想就能懂；難懂的是，我們怎麼吃、 能不能吃：太涼太寒的不行？ 不在地不當季的就不好？
飯前還是飯後？早晨或者晚上？ 徒手抓食還是用叉匙？ 加糖加鹽還是沾醬油？ 吃葡萄吐不吐葡萄皮？ 得到檸檬要不要做成檸檬汁？！
我們曾經吃下的水果，形塑了我們的體質，也加入我們的個人生命經驗與集體文化記憶。 我們有意或無意地成為環境經濟體系的參與者，我們決定未來水果性格的發展方向，也影響了我們唇齒觸碰水果的方式。
我們想邀請你跟我們一起，把水果吃成一個問題，從問題中吃出更多可能。

How Do You Eat A Fruit?
We crave sweetness, but worry about sugar. We look for beauty, but fret over pesticides. We want a good deal, but are concerned about exploitation.
Fruit is natural, but fruit is also artificial. Fruit is political, and fruit is culture.
We know what fruit is without a second thought. The real questions are how we should eat it, and whether we should eat it at all: Is it too ”cooling“ for your body? Is it wrong if it‘s not local or in season?
Before or after a meal? Morning or night? Bare hands or with a utensil? Do you add sugar and salt, or dip it in soy sauce? Do you eat the grape skin? When life gives you a lemon, do you make lemonade?
The fruit we have eaten has shaped our very being, weaving itself into our personal stories and our collective memory. We are, knowingly or not, participants in an ecosystem; we determine the future character of fruit and influence how our lips and teeth touch it.
We want to invite you to join us: To eat fruit into a question. And from that question, eat out more possibilities.
